My fitness log

This blog is to document how I FEEL as I experiment with several diets, fitness programs, and other health related methods.

As of now, I have started crossfit (www.crossfit.com) as well as gradually shifting to a paleolithic diet, and have been practicing oil pulling for about 6 weeks.

The results so far have been great! My 5k run time has gone down to 21:00 even, I have more energy than ever, and my gums are healthy!

I will be posting more detailed markers for fitness and health as I figure them out and document them.
